The Future is Bright, but is it the right decision to add new Fishing Lures to the Website?

If you follow the FFSLures! Facebook Page you will have seen that there is something new on the horizon and I'm very excited to reveal the news here. Now there's always a backstory so here it is...

Over the last few years I have seen the trends of the trade and tried to single handedly fulfill those seasonal trends, Frogs for the Chub, Grubs for the Trout, Craws for the Perch. But I always knew I was missing some areas being stubborn in my resolution to "Do It All" in house.

My nemesis areas have been Jig Heads, Crankbaits and Shads.

Jig Heads due to the steady supply of quality hooks

Crankbaits due to the manufacturing and painting process

Shads really aren't fun to make with the moulds I have so I have been conditioned to avoid them at all costs!

Thankfully Jig Heads have been taken care of now. That leaves the other 2 looming over me. Crankbaits I have a plan for in house versions but will take time and Shads will always be an aversion!

Ladies and Gentlemen let me introduce the solution and my saviours (drumroll please), Keitech and Herakles.

These 2 brands should need no introduction but just in case here are the links to explore:

Keitech Fishing Lures

Herakles Fishing Lures

Both of these brands played a huge part in my fishing prior to FFSLures! so I know they will be the perfect fit.

I will be stocking a selection of their lures that will compliment what you already expect from a Finesse Fishing website but also filling the areas I don't 'currently' cover.

My hope is that I can still venture into making hardbaits and , dare I say it, shads, and by stocking these 2 brands will give me the breathing space to do so.

Orders will be going in in the next couple of days so keep an eye out.
