USE OF THIS WEBSITE 

By using this website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions as well as our use of cookies. No part of this website may be reproduced without prior agreement from FFSLures Ltd.

 

DELIVERY 

All lures are pre-made and ready to dispatch as long as the required stock is available.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services and they collect from us Tuesday to Friday

Should there be any deviation from this FFSLures Ltd will contact you via Email.

 

All claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 working days from us dispatching your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Any duties or taxes due are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the purchaser that is responsible for all return postage costs.

BATCHES

All lures are made in large batches and there may be some deviation between batch colours due to the nature of the hand pouring/injecting process.

 

QUALITY 

All lures are handmade and packaged in house, ensuring a high level of quality assurance and no lure is ever knowingly packaged as substandard.

 

PRICES 

All prices are in £ Sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. 

 

RETURNS 

Under the "The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013" you have the right to cancel your order and we will accept cancellations up to 30 days from the day the order was delivered to your requested delivery address.

Any items returned due to change of mind must be unused and in the same condition as received.

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact FFSLures Ltd within 14 days of receipt of goods.

 

Please use the returns form prior to returning the item(s) or simply post the items, with your name, address and a brief description of the reason of return to:

Return postage will only be refunded for damaged or faulty items and will be based on the cheapest delivery method available, any cost of premium postal services is non-refundable.
